Soennecken eG
Together with The Store Designers®, Ortloff has succeeded in closing a market gap which became apparent in the premium and lifestyle sectors. The approximately 550 m² ground floor is the “Belle Etage” of the venerous store. It reflects the competence of Ortloff for high-quality paper products and writing instruments.
The modernization was preceded by an intensive analysis of strategic positioning. The conversion of the 1.700 m² sales area took place in several sections.
The first phase began already after Soennecken eG took over 2015 with the modernization of the lower floor. The complete redesign was finished recently, in July 2017.
