An intensive and exciting cooperation between WMF AG and The Store Designers® has become to an end. The result is a new Retail Design Concept for all WMF stores and SiS areas worldwide. In developing the strategy and the concept we put on an extensive analyze of target groups and sales process: “Who is the customer and how he buys?” This was followed by the sales strategy, the room design, the design of the furniture and a sale oriented lighting concept. The new created atmosphere increases the dwell time of customers, stimulates to try and understand the operation and quality of products.
