Ortloff, together with The Store Designers®, has managed to close a gap in the market for premium and lifestyle.
The approximately 550 sqm ground floor is the “Belle Etage” of the house. It reflects the competence of Ortloff for high-quality paper products and writing utensils. The modernization was preceded by an intensive analysis of the strategic positioning.
The conversion of the 1,700 square meter sales area took place in several sections, the first phase already after the takeover in 2015 by the Soennecken eG with the modernization of the basement.
The complete redesign was completed in July 2017.
